Is there a subscription?
No. You pay for photos once and they never expire. There is no monthly plan, no minimum, and nothing to cancel.
What if I buy more photos than I need?
Email us within 30 days of the purchase and we refund every photo you have not used, at $5 each. No reason needed and no form to fill in. Free bonus photos have no cash value, so they are not part of the refund.
How many photos does one listing need?
Usually four to six. Agents typically stage the living room, the primary bedroom, the dining room and the kitchen, and leave hallways, bathrooms and spare bedrooms as they are.
Do the photos expire?
No. Photos you have bought stay in your balance until you use them, however long that takes.
What happens right after I pay?
