Will buyers feel deceived?
No — we never change the house. Only furniture is added; your walls, windows, view, and light stay exactly as they are. And we keep your untouched original so you can disclose honestly.
Will it look fake?
The engine keeps your room's real architecture and adds furniture that fits — the examples on this page are untouched. If a result ever looks off, re-run it in another style; retries are free.
Do I have to disclose it?
Yes, and we make it easy. Most boards (and laws like California's, from Jan 1 2026) ask you to note an altered photo. We keep your original and can add a "virtually staged" label.
Can it stage an empty room AND a dated one?
Both. Give it a bare room and it furnishes it; give it a tired or cluttered room and it restyles it. Same $5, same few minutes.
Is my photo private?
We never store it. Your photo is held only while it's being staged — a couple of minutes — then it's gone from our side. The home's GPS location is stripped out before it goes anywhere, it's never used to train anything, and it's never sold. Full details on our privacy page.
