Will buyers feel deceived?
No — we never change the house. Only furniture is added; your walls, windows, view, and light stay exactly as they are. And you can download your untouched original with every staged photo, so you can disclose honestly.
Will it look fake?
The engine keeps your room's real architecture and adds furniture that fits — the examples on this page are untouched. If a result ever looks off, re-run it in another style; retries are free.
Do I have to disclose a virtually staged photo?
Yes, and we make it easy. Most MLS boards ask you to mark an altered photo. California law from January 1, 2026 goes further: buyers must be able to see the unaltered original. On California's largest MLS, that means writing "virtually staged" in the photo description and uploading the original right before or after the staged photo. SoldStaged can bake a "Virtually staged" label into the photo and gives you the untouched original to download alongside it.
Can it stage an empty room and a dated one?
Both. Give it a bare room and it furnishes it; give it a tired or cluttered room and it restyles it. Same $5, same few minutes.
Is my photo private?
We never store it. Your photo is held only while it's being staged — a couple of minutes — then it's gone from our side. The home's GPS location is stripped out before it goes anywhere, it's never used to train anything, and it's never sold.
