The deal, in plain words

You keep every right to the room photo you upload, and you own the staged photo we return: use it on a listing, in print, in an ad, on social, anywhere, for as long as you like. We claim no ownership and take no cut. We will not publish or reuse your photos.

By uploading, you confirm you took the photo or have permission from whoever did — a photographer, a brokerage, a homeowner. We have no way to check that, so it rests with you.

A staged photo shows furniture that is not in the house. Real estate rules across the country require that to be marked when a photo is used to market a property, and in California the original must be kept as well. We give you a one-click “Virtually staged” label and hand back your untouched original so you can.

Using our photos on a listing without disclosing them is a breach of these terms, and of your own professional obligations.

SoldStaged adds furniture. It is built specifically not to alter walls, windows, floors, fixtures, or the view, and it refuses a photo rather than invent architecture. Do not use it to hide a defect, remove damage, or misrepresent a property — that is not what it does, and doing so is your liability, not ours.

Your first photo is free. After that a photo costs $5, and packs buy the same $5 photos with extras added free. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal, photos never expire, and we will never charge you again unless you deliberately buy more. What we will refund is on the refunds page.

Do not script it, resell access to it, try to get around the free limit, or upload anything illegal or obscene. We rate-limit uploads and may refuse or withdraw access for any of the above. If we withdraw access without cause, we refund your unused photos.

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that a particular photo will stage well, that a listing will sell, or that the site will never be down. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months — which for almost everyone is a few dollars.

We will update the date at the top of this page. Photos you already bought stay under the terms you bought them under.
